Ordering:
How do I change the personal details of an order?
If you need to change the personal details of your order, please contact us. We can change your email address, name, and shipping address if there is a typo mistake and if the order is not shipped yet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or debit card payments.
How secure is the order form?
All personal information including credit card data is processed securely through a SSL secured web page. Your information is encrypted and sent directly to the credit card providers' network where the transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
How do I change or cancel an order?
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You may also track your order from the Track Your Order page. Typically, you will receive the tracking number within 1-3 days after processing your order.

When will my order be processed?
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing: Usually 2-5 Business days.
Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand.
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 25 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and DERABO encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to DERABO at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
